CHIFLEY PROJECT
Situated in the lively Woden Valley district, the Chifley House encompasses the renovation and
expansion of an existing 1960’s ex-government dwelling, with a beautiful interior that embodies a Mid-century modern style.
The design objectives focus on optimising space, enhancing internal connectivity, and maximising natural light and openness. Our aim being to create a serene and inviting home that seamlessly blends a relaxed lifestyle with the conveniences of urban living. Establishing a clear and easily accessible entry point was important to guide visitors and guest, which results in being a stunning modern feature form that ties in with key architecture lines and angles from the existing architecture.
The harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor spaces accentuates the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, while the architectural forms effortlessly complement the urban environment, showcasing functional comfort and elegant living.
